The Alfa Romeo MiTo is the best-selling series of Alfa Romeo car. The Alfa Romeo MiTo not only is it one of the most stylish urban residents in the UK market, but also offers a wide range of efficient engines and a long list of options for adapting the car. There is even a good amount of space inside, the only fit four adults. On the other hand, it is not as comfortable as the likes of MINI or Audi A1 and certainly not on the level of overall quality, some plastics used the inner plates look a little cheap. But however the motors offer high efficiency, which would somehow balances true that the high price of the MiTo. In particular, MultiAir petrol engines impress with their smoothness and power.

Alfa Romeo MiTo Interior

Comfort is not the strength of the Alfa Romeo MiTo, but that is not what attracts most drivers Alfa Romeo anyway. It’s easy to find a good driving position, but the rear view is pretty bad due to very flat rear window – not so nice design, without compromising functionality. There are lots of wind noise and tire inside the Alfa Romeo MiTo, especially in the sporting Veloce and Cloverleaf models with alloy wheels of 17 inches.

Clover adaptive damper to the suspension, which is controlled by DNA switches, and if it is easily in standard mode, the most comfortable car in the area. Unless you are an adult sitting in the back, in which case no amount of suspension settings make scrum convenient. Although the MiTo is a small, three-door Alfa Romeo, you can use the rear seats. It can be difficult to really get into the back and is suitable only for short distances, but this is an improvement over the past Alfas. The boot offers 270 liters of space – or comfortable enough trade for a week for most owners to carry, if the boot floor, things to load on the high lip a little does not mind uncomfortable at times.

Also, if you want to split 60:40 folding rear seats, they will cost about 500 € – a bit much considering that are common in most new cars these days. Even with this option is the MiTo not very practical nor inside, with very little storage space and an almost big enough for a couple of CDs and MP3 players glove. If you feel that players want to run through the music, but is free for optional connection to another £ 300. That is, do even the basic models to start with air conditioning, trip computer, power windows and and stop as standard.

The interior quality is good, with soft-touch materials decent through most of the instrument panel, but left to see in other places and feel cheap and really the car down plastics. Alfa Romeo has a poor reputation for reliability, but the Alfa Romeo MiTo seems OK so far reported no major problems. In fact, Alfa has six seats in the 2013 Driver Power survey risen, to improve its determination on that front. But the Alfa Romeo MiTo will be made in the first 100 cars 129, so there is still much room for improvement.

Alfa Romeo MiTo Engine

All Alfa Romeo MiTo system with Alfa Romeo DNA, which has three modes equipped – Dynamic, Normal and All-Weather – adjusting power settings and address. And it works – to a point. Dynamic is sporty, the harder steering and more gas to drive on, but actually makes the MiTo more trouble. If you are using the Normal setting, the steering is light and the car is easy to drive around the city.

The Alfa Romeo MiTo engine range is available, but: 78bhp 1.4-liter petrol and 1.3 liter diesel are underpowered 95bhp something, but other versions are quiet, smooth and fast. The MultiAir 135bhp version of the 1.4-liter petrol, now offers effortless acceleration and engine 875cc TwinAir (the Fiat 500 caught) is very efficient, if a little loud for such a smart car.

The Quadrifoglio Verde (QV) version of the myth is the fastest of the series, capable of 0-62 mph in 7.2 seconds. Compared to other small sporty hatchbacks like the Renault Clio, Ford Fiesta ST and the Mini Cooper S, the Mito QV is too weak, poor box automatic (no manual option) and not as fun to drive far. Factor in the high price and is not a model we recommend to buy.

Alfa Romeo MiTo Safety

Security is something that can really Alfa Romeo MiTo another world. Alfa Romeo MiTo received the highest rating of five stars in Euro NCAP crash safety tests, all models with seven airbags, Isofix child seat anchor, anti-whiplash head restraints and electronic stability control fitted.
